Modify 'make models' for compatibility with any carputils location

Modified 'models' in Makefile in order to use the path to openCARP source files provided in settings.yaml

Add new setting in carputils' settings file: OPENCARP_SRC. It corresponds to the path to the directory containing openCARP source files.
It is useful to run 'make models' within carputils.

Updating the filename during name mapping for meshtool extract surface as it was allowing for non-matching entries

This reverts commit 41da9a19.

- Change path given as a commad-line argument to absolute path
- Change limpet folder name in openCARP from LIMPET to limpet

Only generate models if carputils is in an openCARP installation folder.
