Improve html result summary

Some improvements for the html result page (as suggested in #1 (closed)):

  • Changes title to 'Autotester Results' and reduces the padding of the header
  • Fixes problem with traffic light colors not visible in chrome
  • Adds footer with link to Autotester repo

And also fixes wrong colors of plus/minus sign in chrome (the signs showing the state of the collapsible).
