Suggestions for improvement of test reports

Hi all,

We have autotester up and running in a CI pipeline now :-) The output is automatically uploaded to the web server: https://opencarp.org/tests/autotester-report.html

Overall, I like the output and have some ideas for improvements:

• The big header "Test Compendium" seems a bit odd. Not sure wheter compendium is the optimal term. How about "autotester Results"?
• Are the traffic lights supposed to indicate the status of the group / test / validation? For me, all lights are grey in both Safari and Chrome.
• It might be nice to add a footer indicating that these results were generated with autotester and include a link to this repo.
