Output restitution header

When doing experiment 01/02B during the webinar, people asked about the content of the columns of restout_APD_restitution.dat and restout_AP_stats.dat. A header was written to the terminal but got easily lost among all the other output. Now, the a header line (starting with '# ') is added to both files. carputils and the tutorial neglect lines starting with '#'. Any other crucial workflow that might break by adding the header line?
