Dealing with -1 values in LAT output file
Problem to solve with the new feature
Currently, -1 values in the LAT output file throw an "L3 : LAT data is not complete. Skipping prepacing." error when loading into openCARP and cause the entire prepacing sequence to be skipped. Thus, any 3D mesh with non-excitable regions(i.e. scar) cannot be prepaced with the LAT method.
Intended users
3D modelers exploring impacts of scar tissue
Further details
I had tried to fix this issue myself, but could not figure out how to retrieve only the default initial states that correspond to nodes with LAT=-1. Thus I would like to submit a feature request as suggested by Axel, rather than letting things go on without a fix.
Proposal
Ignore the -1 values and use the default initial states in non-excited nodes when loading LAT map. (As suggested by Axel)
