Make RADAR pipeline more compatible with default codemeta entries

Axel Loewe requested to merge radar-defaults into master
  • license can be an SPDX link according to the codemeta standard. RADAR only supports CC by licenses as of now, all others are treated as "other". This combination should now be supported with this MR
  • If no explicit rightsHolder is given, it will be set to "The authors". If none is set, RADAR will complain
