AppImage

Yung-Lin Huang requested to merge appimage into master
  1. Fixed source files to be built on CentOS7 (the base OS of docker)
  2. Added docker files to build docker/AppImage
  3. Added CI pipeline to automatically build docker/AppImage
  4. Added AppImage to the release page: https://git.opencarp.org/openCARP/meshalyzer/-/releases (the test release will be manually removed later)

Note: appimage/meshalyzer.png is currently the openCARP logo, could be changed to a Meshalyzer one
