Use jupyterhub instead of jupyterlab

In order to use the repo with an online JupyterHub I need jupyterhub-singleuser which is part of jupyterhub. I don't know if we need to stick to jupyterlab for different reasons. We could also use a seperate Dockerfile for this setup then.
