In this tutorial the influence of the fibre orientation on the inducibility of reentry is tested. The user can define different fibre angle orientations to run an S1-S2 protocol in a slab of 5x5cm pre-paced with a basic cycle length of 300 ms. The fibre angles that will be tested are contained on the interval from --fib_angle_start to --fib_angle_end The output will be displayed in the terminal.
