Consistent naming of models and parameters

Many of the current models have rather cryptic names and it might be hard to guess what exactly is implemented there for new users (e.g. GTT2_fast). We don't want to change the names, though to preserve backwards compatibility.

A similar issue is concerning the naming of the parameters. It would be more intuitive for many users if we for example consistently used either G_Kr or GKr for all models.

Suggestion: keep the existing models as they are but add variants with

  • new name: FirstauthorEtAlYear, e.g. CourtemancheEtAl1998. This would make #30 obsolete.
  • consistent parameter naming
