FR: auto-upload archive of current version to zenodo

(follow-up for #15 (closed), !47 (merged))

Currently, I have the "create-release" step active in the CI pipeline, to create the gitlab release for the new tag. After that is completed, I can upload the code archive to zenodo, to complete the publication of the new version. So I thought "why not go fully automated?" - @m.houillon would you think it is possible to implement a step in CI that adds the archive to the publication draft?
